The Company has been in business for 41 years and has provided
design & supervision for many large and diversified projects in
Canada and Abroad pprimarily in the Municipal field including work on Indian Reserves

The Company operates now with 1 permanent employee, Mr. Wm. L.
Sears, P. Eng., and provides detailed personal services in the
form of expert design and advice, financial monitoring, training
and technology in the administration and operation of small
municipal units.

The company also carries out feasability studies, cost/benefit
analyses,
project monitoring for Financial institutions, expert testimony
in Court Proceedings, environmental reports, site inspections,
and general Civil Engineering services.

Mr. Sears is a member of the Professional Engineers of Ontario, holds a Consulting Engineer designation, past President of the Stoney Creek Chamber of Commerce, former Mayor of Stoney Creek and former Chairman of the Region of Hamilton Wentworth, Ontario. and a former Board Member of GO Transit.

Mr. Sears was awarded the EIC Engineer of the Year award in 1986
in Hamilton, Ontario as well as the Hamilton Homebuilders award
and has served on various civic and professional organizations and commitees.

Mr. Sears has a basic command of both French and Spanish and has carried out assignments for CIDA and CESO at home and abroad.
