Whiteduck Resources Inc.

Whiteduck Resources Inc.

Whiteduck Resources Inc. was founded in 1984, and is federally
incorporated and is 100% Aboriginal-owned and controlled.

Whiteduck is in its 20th year anniversary and has built a well-
known reputation in the Aboriginal marketplace with a history of
supplying the very best qualified consultants to our clients in
a timely and cost effective manner, and for the assurance that
work undertaken by the firm will be done to the satisfaction of
the client, no matter what. We have been engaged on numerous
assignments to conduct extensive evaluations of government
programs, and in particular Aboriginal programs. Whiteduck
Resources Inc also has developed a special expertise with
Aboriginal issues, particularly in the field of research, policy
development, and program analysis. We have conducted studies,
interviews, case study analysis, pilot projects, surveys, focus
groups, and administrative reviews in hundreds of Aboriginal
communities within Canada, and have cultivated research
protocols that are highly respected among the thousands of First
Nations, Metis and Inuit people with whom we meet.

Whiteduck Resources Inc has also been involved in several
complex program (multi million dollars being administered)
analysis and evaluation projects such as: the mid-term review of
the Regional Bilateral Process, The evaluation of UMYAC for
Heritage Canada, the capacity assessment and development
initiatives with HRDC, and comptrollers and management
modernization study conducted by DIAND, and most recently pilot
project studies such as the Community Planning Pilot Project for
Early Childhood Development Strategy that is design to: examine
strategies to roll out this 350 million dollar initiative, and
input into the Memorandum to Cabinet being developed in an
integrated effort with Health Canada, Human Resources Skills
Development, and DIAND. The firm has also been engaged in
several technology related projects including the development of
the governance web site for DIAND in 200-01, for which we
received a ministerial recommendation for our work, and the
Transfer Payment Management System developed and implemented by
our consultant.

Through its breadth of human resources, Whiteduck Resources Inc
is positioned to offer the highest quality services for:

Program Evaluation and Research Analysis
Policy and Business Process Development,
Community, Economic and Strategic Development
Communication and Training
Information technology

We use our expertise gained in managing a number of national
projects completed for various government departments, to ensure
the technical skills and project deliverables required for a
client project are provided successfully. The longevity of our
company's involvement in various projects throughout the years,
attests to our ability to deliver and manage project milestones
competently to our clients.

An added value of Whiteduck is our ability to partner with other
companies as required to meet the needs of a specific project,
from program evaluations to Information Technology (IT)
projects. The high demand for such particular skills set and
their limited availability in the market place can impact
initiatives. We have established partnerships with evaluation
firms across Canada that enable us to draw on the experience and
specialized resources that may be required. Within our strategic
alliances, Whiteduck has access to a wider variety of expert
evaluation personnel that commit to the project and its success.
This approach enhances our service range to our clients, and
enables us to undertake additional projects as joint ventures
with other companies as well.
