WEIDMANN INDUSTRIES LP is the largest fabricator of non-metallic
composite materials to the electrical marketplace. Weidmann has
had a presence in Canada since 1978 and internationally over 120
years.
Weidmann offers a full range of fabrication services from its
modern 60,000 sq. ft facility in Fergus, Ontario, located one
hour northeast of Pearson International Airport. These services
include: CNC machining, CNC turret stampings, die cutting,
forming, milling and drilling, sanding, shear and sawing,
slitting, and stamping.
While capable of supplying to customer specifications in almost
any industry, Weidmann's focus is on the electrical and
electronic marketplace, primarily:
HYDROELECTRIC, ELECTRIC SWITCHGEAR, POWER SUPPLIES, ELECTRONIC
OEM's, AEROSPACE, AND TELECOMMUNICATIONS.
Weidmann carries out a wide range of flexible and rigid materials
for electrical insulation applications, such as:
Dupont Nomex Paper and Mylar Films, Electric Grade Insulating
Papers, Glass Polyester Sheet and Structurals, High Pressure NEMA
Grade Laminates, Polycarbonate(Lexan), Teflon and UHMW Sheet,
Tubes and Rods.
