Applicants typically have a great business, skilled and
experienced management team, financial statements that show a
minimum of one year of proven repayment ability, and limited
tangible collateral.
We take a flexible 'common-sense' approach to doing business -
no industry limitations, 'cast in stone' credit requirements or
boilerplate loan structures. We also actively partner with other lenders, investors, government agencies and business resources in the community to ensure complete satisfaction of our customer's requirements. Furthermore, by operating as an independent subsidiary of VanCity we enable our customers to maintain banking relationships with the operating lender of their choice.
