University of Manitoba-IIMS
This Institute promotes increased interaction and collaboration
among mathematical scientists in the academic community, industry
and government by acting as a formal liaison. Practical problems
are brought to the attention of researchers, and industry
solutions are developed providing students with hands-on
experience. Products and services: Offers consultation to
industry on Mathematical and engineering problems. Accepts
contracts and grants for industrial research with Faculty and
resources of University of Manitoba.
Provides students for summer employment and organizes workshops.
