  Our expertise includes conducting freshwater aquatic surveys using BC Fisheries Reconnaissance (1: 20, 000) Fish and Fish Habitat Inventory, Sensitive Habitat Inventory Mapping (SHIM), and Streamkeepers protocols.

• Gis Mapping And Analysis

  TouchStone provides a wide range of GIS services useful to planners, resource managers, and policy makers. We are capable of developing geographic data, conducting complex spatial and 3D analysis, and producing high-quality maps for project planning, public consultation, and technical reports. Our familiarity with GPS, CAD, and database data formats allows us to incorporate information from a variety of sources.

• Gps Surveys

  TouchStone Environmental offers the full range of GPS data collection services including data dictionary design, project planning, data collection, and data integration into a GIS. We are proficient with the use of several Trimble and Garmin GPS receiver models.

• Phase 1 Environmental Site Assessment

  Prior to real estate transfer, TouchStone Environmental can conduct a Phase 1 Environmental Site Assessment on a given property. This includes a review of all historical and known sources of contaminants both on and in the vicinity of the property.

• Wildlife And Habitat Assessment

  TouchStone Environmental has experience conducting wildlife surveys, habitat assessments, and biological inventories. Our experience spans terrestrial, freshwater aquatic, and intertidal habitats. We have conducted surveys in British Columbia, Alberta, and California.
