Thompson Foundry Ltd. produces castings in grey and ductile iron,
ni hard, ni resist, stainless and alloy steel castings. Typical
projects include valve housings, pump parts, heat resistant
parts, corrosion resistant parts and a range of customer castings
from one lb to 1700 lbs. We offer one off castings to repair
breakdowns, for prototypes, research and development and also
production runs on a regular basis. Our in house services include
a pattern shop, sand lab, metallurgy lab and machine shop. We
offer inspection and testing to ASTM Lloyds and ABS
specifications plus chemical and physical testing. Problem
solving its been a part of our business since 1963.
