value for their telecom expenditures. TSB's hardware and

TSB markets its hardware and software products through telephone
companies such as BT, Ameritech, AT&T and is interested in
pursuing distribution agreements with PTTs and telcos

to end-users.
The strategic markets that TSB wishes to further develop include
