Mandate is to offer the Client business development opportunities in developing economies by providing engineering based, project focused, concept to completion sales and marketing management services for identified projects. Assistance is provided in the development of the business plan by means of specific targets for revenue generation to be achieved in 2/3 and 5 years. Included in the business plan will be the objectives, target marketing, sales strategy and financial plan. Responsibilities include negotiating mutually beneficial strategic alliances and joint venture agreements for the Client. Other services include:


Determining financing and investment initiatives for the Client, and provide advice in guiding business strategy, marketing and investor relations.

Overseeing negotiations on behalf of the Client with key business partners.

Providing leadership role overseeing accounting, legal, regulatory affairs, facilities and operations for the Client, and in this capacity manage relationships with a number of outside professional firms, including auditors and external legal counsel.

Negotiating and structuring financing and managing relationships with major investors.

Responsible for introduction of new technologies needed to support and enhance the Client.

Enhancing database capability, integrating new technology to support the existing relationships and building the technology in-house to support future growth.

Provide consulting in account development, strategic planning, market/product segmentation and analysis, product development, implementation and execution.

Develop and execute internationals strategic distribution partnerships and international sales-representation alliances. In addition to managing a number of ongoing partner relationships for the Client.

1998: United Nations Industrial Development Organization (UNIDO): Assessment of Poverty Alleviation utilizing business matching process (i.e. from Industrial countries to Developing countries using technologies related to basic human requirements, clothing, food, shelter, transportation, water and communication).

1997 worked on a contract with the United Nations Industrial Development Organization- UNIDO: Promoting business linkages between India and Canada.

1996 to August 2003: Canadian Alliance of Business in South Africa (CABSA), Canadian International Development Agency and Canadian Manufacturers and Exporters: Private Sector Development (PSD) promoting industrial/business linkages between the Canadian private sector and promoters in South Africa through private sector joint ventures, licensing, franchising, distribution, transfer of technology agreements and other forms of cooperative business ventures.
