Stradam inc.

Planning and designing of offices is one of Stradam's specialty.
A great number of relocation projects were made for clients such
as Nortel Networks, Vidotron, Visa Desjardins, Certen (a
subsidiary of Bell Canada Entreprises), A&A Group, Industry
Canada, AT&T, etc. This type of project requires a thorough
knowledge of the company's philosophy, a thorough organization of
moving projects for each stage of the work as well as excellent
coordination for the work to be done while maintaining daily
operations and respecting employees regular work schedules.
Meeting deadlines and budgets is also part of the priorities of
our team of professionals. Projects range from $50,000 (2,000
sq.ft., 10 workstations) to $1,800,000 (54,000 sq.ft., 242
workstations). The list of projects Stradam worked on is
available on our Internet site at http://www.stradam.com. Stradam
has all of the necessary experience in architecture and interior
design to realize user-friendly, ergonomic and functional
planning projects.

Throughout these projects, we have had to manage renovation work
in several stages (Dismed, Industry Canada) while maintaining the
businesses' daily operations running. We have produced technical
plans with very tight schedules (Nortel Networks, Certen). We
have designed innovative planning concepts (Nortel Networks,
Universit de Montral). We have optimized the use of space
available in order to answer the needs of several clients'
functional programs (Nortel Networks, Dismed, Universit de
Montral, etc.). We have met technical challenges for the design
of high technology laboratories (Nortel Networks). Also, in 2001,
we are proud to say our team worked on a revision study of the
architectural standards and planning criteria of the Complexe
Guy-Favreau for Public Works and Government Services Canada. Such
a study is the result of research conducted with all interior
finish manufacturers respecting the environment and concerned
with sustainable development.

Quality and Inovation

Stradam's mission is to design work spaces which are stimulating
and encourage creativity, motivate workers, increase
productivity, encourage exchange between people and create a good
team synergy while facilitating meetings and improving
communication through the predominant use of open spaces,
increasing the number of meeting rooms, oases and team
workstations. We achieve our mission by making a judicious choice
of colours and materials used to create harmonious working
stations according to a precise plan while making use of a
lighting design which combines normal daylight (opening spaces),
indirect lighting and supplementary lighting. Our goal is to
create evolving working spaces which are also flexible,
transformable, adjustable and mobile. Our planning work aims to
make these spaces accessible, and barrier-free, and therefore
facilitating circulation with a clear orientation in order to
avoid the maze effect (height of partitions, transparency of
walls).

For new planning projects, we usually suggest a guideline which
minimizes changes for future re-planning while improving the
overall quality of the environment. We are in favour of applying
a universal modular planning grid (' Universal Planning ') in
order for planned spaces to become interchangeable, and
therefore, optimizing the occupation of floors and encouraging
speedy reorganization (employees moving from one workstation to
the other).
