in 1991. Stericorp manufactures and distributes sterilizer
medical surgical products. The company products, such as
autoclave tape, surgical non woven wraps. Sterilizer chemical
indicators, Bowie & Dick style test, spore biological tests,
label applicator guns, and autoclaveable expiry and event related
labels are distributed through direct marketing to the
North American Hospital, Pharmaceutical and University markets.

The company also distributes a full range of service parts of
competitive American Sterilizer manufactured autoclaves. The
company offers service replacement parts for other O.E.M.
sterilizers at substantial discounts. This has matured a growing
market of customers servicing their own sterilizers, or having

Stericorp presently markets direct, to hospitals, university
research departments, pharmaceutical companies, and
independent biomedical service companies throughout Canada and
the United States.

GEOGRAPHIC MARKETING PRIORITIES/MARKETING STRATEGY

Stericorp is interested in increasing its foreign markets to
include Mexico, Central and South America.
