Manufacturer of flexible partitioning and enclosure systems
for industrial plants and distribution centers, including food
processing. Environmental enclosures include: clean rooms and
clean tunnel systems, machine enclosures, sound barriers &
absorbers, screens for welding flash, spray booths, work
stations, and flexible partitioning systems to control
dust, temperature, fumes, etc.
Other products also include large free-span external enclosures
for commercial and recreational venues, such as air and tension
structures. The company actively joint ventures to do contract
manufacturing and/or manufacture under license both
sub-assemblies and complete turn-key products.
Newly expanded 30,000 sq ft manufacturing facility includes
such operations as: raw material sourcing and inventory control,
patterning, cutting, sewing, and various finishing operations.
Fabric welding includes hot air and RF/High Frequency di-electric
welding with both stationary and travelling machines. The company
has just purchased a new state-of-the-art 150 ft travelling
head RF welder to increase its capacity to produce large panels
for air and tension structures.
