Sinclair, Nicholson and Associates

Sinclair, Nicholson and Associates (SNA) provides solutions to problems caused by hearing loss in the workplace. This is done through the application of SNA's unique Accessibility Analysis Matrix or AAM (TM) to identify systemic barriers, the use of assistive technologies, such as TTY or TDD systems, and education and training on how to communicate effectively with persons who are Deaf, deafened or hard of hearing. In Canada, SNA has worked with all levels of government and can assist organizations in achieving compliance with legislation, such as the 'Canadian Human Rights Act' and the 'Ontarians with Disabilities Act'. In addition, SNA's expertise has been sought by colleagues in Great Britain, Australia, South Africa, and the United States.
