Fleshing Service
This is a Hide Fleshing Service. The Hides are treated in brine
vats, or hand salted, then put through a fleshing machine to
remove any excess Fat, Meat, Manure. Then the hides are Trimmed,
Salted, and Graded, and Palletized for shipment.
