QCD is focused on providing Supplier Assurance Services to its customers at their subcontractors facilities.

Specifically, QCD acts on behalf of its customers to plan, monitor and control, address risk, review project progress, and perform Product Assurance tasks in the Montreal, Ottawa, and Toronto (MOT) regions of Canada.

QCD is the eyes and ears of their customers, in situ, to assure project success.

QCD was created to fill a gap in the industry by providing excellent technical and project management services at a time when companies are attempting to reduce their operating expenses. Thus QCD has targeted the MOT area to reduce the direct and indirect costs of their customers doing business there. QCD is located within an hours flight to Toronto, a short drive to Ottawa and is physically located in Canadas highest density of engineered, high tech product provider cities Montreal.
