Primecast Manufacturing
Primecast Manufacturing uses the Rant graphite permanent mold casting process developed by Fantom manufacturing in 1971 to develop and specialized in casting ZA-12 high strength zinc/aluminum alloy.
The process is capable of producing high quality castings along with superior dimensional control graphite mold life designed to
produce 20,000 shots usually exceeds 40/50,000 shots.
Primecast utilizes the process to produce custom cast and machined parts to customer specifications using CNC machining mills & lathes to provide the high tolerances in the finished products.
The process is used to produce specialty zinc anodes for the
marine industry, municipal underground services etc. parts for
the O.E.M. market.
