Preparation of a report which details the source of the problem and recommends control or reduction measures;
Microbiological testing to determine levels of specific types of fungus. Air samples, bulk samples and surface samples are collected for analysis to establish degree and source of
Contamination;

Environmental Site Assessment To Evaluate Potential Environmental Risks.

Site Remediation Plan.
We will develop remediation plans which are designed to deal with the particular contamination issue at a site. Contaminants such as petroleum hydrocarbons, PCB and toxic metals may be present in the facility or in the soil on the property. A management strategy is developed on the basis of the most effective approach to the remediation, given time constraints and cost. To keep the regulator informed and to ensure agreement on remediation criteria and applicable regulations, the remediation plan is discussed with the authorities. On the basis of a review by the client and regulator, the remediation plan and Terms of Reference are finalized. Project specifications and tender documents are prepared for the contracted components of the work. Pinchin LeBlanc Environmental Ltd. will review the bids submitted and advise on the selection of a contractor. During the work, Pinchin LeBlanc personnel will provide project management, on-site supervision and environmental testing to ensure compliance with safety and environmental criteria. A clearance report is prepared for submission by the client to the regulator. The report documents the project and results of compliance testing.

Hazardous Building Materials Survey, Management Plan And Project Monitoring.
We will conduct a survey to determine the presence of hazardous building materials which could be released during the work. The presence of a wide variety of materials such as asbestos, PCB, mercury, hydrocarbons etc. are reviewed during the survey. On the basis of these findings, a management plan is developed which establishes Terms of Reference for dealing with the hazardous materials in the facility. Project specifications and tender documents are prepared for the safe removal and handling of the hazardous materials. Pinchin LeBlanc Environmental Ltd. will review the bids submitted and advise on the selection of a contractor. During the work, Pinchin LeBlanc personnel will oversee compliance with safety standards and monitor the worksite. A summary report is prepared which documents the project and results of compliance testing.
