Strategic Procurement Services PPI offers a combination of expertise and experience that is eminently suited to the requirements for professional services and support sought. We have worked extensively with all levels of government and have an intimate understanding of the needs and challenges facing public sector managers in engaging and contracting with the private sector. This unique combination of expertise includes explicit experience in: a wide range of infrastructure and service delivery initiatives; the area of alternative service delivery (ASD) development and implementation; developing negotiating frameworks and negotiating strategies for alternative / third party service and program delivery; establishing and sustaining public-private partnering (P3) relationships; and partnering and procurement management for engagement of the private sector in the provision of services and infrastructure to the public sector. The scope of our professional services in these assignments encompassed: development of partnering and procurement policy frameworks and operational practices for the public sector; development of specific partnering and procurement strategies associated with major government initiatives; implementation of partnering and procurement strategies through the development and management of innovative partnering and procurement vehicles; the provision of process audit and fairness commissioner services related to public sector procurement management; participation in the development of negotiation strategies and contracting processes related to public-private partnering and procurement arrangements; and participation in the ongoing management of the resulting contractual relationships between the various parties. We also understand the processes and challenges associated with implementing pathfinder procurement initiatives.
