Level Switches
Point level switches based on ultrasonic, capacitance or float principles. May have general purpose, weathertight or explosionproof enclosures. Designed for industrial process applications.
Damper Operators
Air operated cylinders to modulate dampers commonly found on the exhaust hoods on paper machines. Common size is 4' bore x 6' stroke. May also be used to position valves.
Pressure Switches
Mechanical pressure switches for ranges from 12' wc to 7000 psi with high overrange protection. Material of the wetted parts may selected to match the process. Enclosures may be weathertight or explosion proof. CSA approved models available
Diaphragm Seals
Diaphragm seals are used to separate a process from a pressure measureing instrument that would other wise be corroded or plugged by the process fluid. Seals are available with NPT or flanged connections and in a wide selection of materials including 316ss, hastelloy C, and titanium.
Pressure Gauges
Pressure gauges are available in sizes of 1-1/2', 2', 2-1/2', 4', 4-1/2' and 6'. Cases may be steel, stainless or fibreglass. Wetted parts are usually stainless or bronze. Ranges run from inches or wc to 20,000 psi.
Valves - Custom
Custom valves are designed and built for difficult processes in higher alloys. An example is 1' ball valves made from Inconel 600 on 900 deg C air.
Temperature Switches
Temperature switches are provided in weathertight or explosion proof enclosures for industrial processes. Switches may be direct mounted or supplied with a capillary tube for remote mounting. Thermowells are supplied as an accessory.
Flow Switches
Industrial flow switches are suppled for installation in horizontal lines from 1' to 6'. Switches are for alarming low flow conditions. Materials are usually 316 stainless steel
Pressure Regulators
Industrial regulaltors are supplied to adjust air pressure supplied to equipment. Connection sizes run from 1/4' npt to 2' npt. Materials are usually die cast aluminum but stainless is available in some sizes. Pressure gauges are supplied as an accessory.
Flowmeters
Industrial variable area or rotameter type flowmeters are provided
with ploysulphone, glass or stainless tubes. Fluids may be gases or liquids. Connections sizes are 1/4' npt to 2' npt. Transmitters and flow switches are available as accessories.
