  epoll is a web-based user-initiated service for creation and management of polls or votes on web servers in the Internet. Furthermore, epoll facilitates collection of results and production of reports for the polls. This system authenticates users that are willing to create new polls or edit existing ones. A user can create a poll as either public or private. In case, a poll is private, the participants require passing an authentication stage before voting.
