Pea Protein Isolates And Concentrates

Native And Modified Pea Starches
Due to its naturally high content of amylose, the pea starches can provide superior performance where strong binding and gel forming is required. Applications: meat processing, oriental noodles, fat-free dairy products, surimi and frozen-fish applications.

Functional And Dietary Pea Fibers
Parrheim's fibers are divided into Dietary and Functional Fibers. The Dietary Fibers, with a Total Dietary Level of >90%, offers an easy means of fortifying baking products with dietary fiber. Applications: Fiber-fortified pasta, high-fiber breads, cookies and bars. Functional Pea Fibers have excellent properties in sauces, batters and (meat) injection mixes. The unique combination of soluble and insoluble fiber, native starch and protein in the fiber gives the finished product dramatic water and fat binding properties.
