Northshore Early Childhood Association
The program consists of family resource centres, parent education
programs,toy/booklending libraries, prenatal/nutrition programs,
breastfeeding support groups and outreach. Families with
children aged 0 - 6 years may participate. The program is guided
by a Board of Directors and sponsored by Health Canada in
agreement with the Province of NF and Lab.
