Nomino Mail is an e-mail management system based on the
technology of natural-language processing.
The system performs textual analysis of an e-mails content:
categorizes each e-mail, sends a personalized acknowledgement of
receipt, then directs the message to customer service agents.
Categorizing e-mail allows it to be sorted and directed to
agents that have expertise on a particular topic.
Simultaneously, it creates an archive of all e-mail.
A statistics module allows for report generation using a wide
