Microtronix Datacom Ltd.

Microtronix Datacom Ltd. specializes in the engineering design,
development and manufacture of standard, custom and proprietary
X.25, Frame Relay, ISDN and WAN/LAN access products. Beginning
in 1980 with its first release of X.25 products for DEC
computers, the company has an established record for supplying
reliable data communication products for critical business
applications.

The company is solid financially, and enjoys a sound history of
technical achievement in datacom products. Products are marketed
globally with over 65% of sales from outside of Canada. Sales
revenues have climbed consistently at a 20-30% rate annually,
with a prestigious customer base including: Ford Motor Credit,
DSC Communications, Mercedes-Benz and Unitel Communications. The
company is privately owned. It was incorporated July 1, 1989 as a
wholly owned subsidiary of Microtronix Systems Ltd., a market
leader in Telephone Testing Systems.

Our Research and Development Team has experience in the field of
data communications dating back to 1980 when staff developed
their first X.25 product! Our current technology is built on a
proprietary software and hardware architecture which has
established a solid track record since its first release in 1981
as an X.25 PAD product. The platform is designed as a
multi-protocol engine which can be modified for unique customer
applications. For clients requiring a proprietary solution, the
hardware and software can be integrated into their product line
using a technology license arrangement.
Microtronix Datacom has a line of standard networking products
with the engineering capability to modify these existing products
for custom applications to provide a solution tailored to your
network application.
