through a concentrated sales program that will sell its line of
high quality video cassette and video game store cases products
to selected retailers through an estimated 6 agents. Trimark
has 12 years of experience and reputation in the Canadian
marketplace along with proven export expertise, and excellent
service and repeat capability, the ability to design and
manufacture (and in some cases import) unique products destined
for the high growth video markets, and proven competitive
pricing.
Its strategic distribution channels include mass merchandisers,
specialty stores/independent stores, department stores, video
retailers and industrial accounts.

position as a leading Canadian manufacturer. Today, Trimark's
major objective is to create significant export sales with its
products by marketing Canadian products into US retail stores
using significant advertising and promotional tools and well
selected agents. For the next three years, Trimark's marketing
objectives are to penetrate the major US retail stores where
sales will represent 64% of total company sales in 1999.
