Michael I. Atlas, Chartered Accountant
Michael Atlas is a Toronto-based Chartered Accountant who
practices as an independent consultant on a wide range of
Canadian tax matters. Prior to forming his independent consulting
practice in 1991 he was the partner in charge of the tax group of
a major Toronto-based firm of Chartered Accountants. He is
particularly interested in international tax issues and is the
author of the book 'Canadian Taxation of Non-residents' published
by CCH Canadian Limited. He is also the author of two previous
books dealing with real estate taxation. Most of his clients are
Canadian accounting and legal firms.
