The MERGE Program provides education and therapy to help abusive
individuals identify controlling and abusive behaviours and to
replace then with behaviour based on equality and respect.
The goals is to create a social climate in which there is zero
tolerance for violence and abusive behaviour.

To teach alternative cognitive behavioural strategies for
