Profile of the Enterprise
Marcoux Creations inc. Is a Canadian private company founded in
1992 by Pierre Marcoux, wrought iron craftsman. The workshop and
offices are located in Bromont, in the Eastern Townships in the
Province of Quebec. The company consists of ten gifted
individuals such as craftsmen in iron, artistic director,
production director, designer, etc. The companys mission is to
create and make furniture and forged iron ornamental
accessories. Furthermore, we have services in organisation,
conception and design personalized for all our customers. We are
a young company which offers creativity, originality,
flexibility and lots of it
At first, all the production was intendes for the residential
sector. After a while, sales turned to the commercial sector and
now, we can say that 90% of our production is intended for our
corporate clientele.
To diversify our products and open doors to new customers, we
conceived a line of bathroom accessories such as towel and
toilet paper racks, ornamental mirrors, wall lamps, etcWhich
can all be designed from an unique theme to fit the specific
needs of our customers. Due to our promotional catalogue, we
entered a very interesting commercial sphere.
This new artistic orientation allows us to use even more our
creativity and therefore, add new prestigious customers such as,
Intrawest Corporation, Canadian Pacific Hotels, Chteau Bromont
and Radisson Hotel to our order book. In the past, we furnished
more than eight hundred bathrooms for several major Quebec hotel
chains.
At the present time, the company commercializes its products on
the Quebec market. We are presently putting in place the proper
structure to offer our upgraded products to foreign markets.
With more than 80% of Quebec exports going to the American
market. We have divided this very large market in five big
regions and thing that for us, it is better to start with New
England. We are aware that there is an important number of
hotels and sea resorts on the coast of the Atlantic ocean.
Several hotel chains are established in this promising region
and we will use all the means we can find to enter this new
market.
