Madelipche, a major Canadian Fish Processor, having fish
processing experience for over 25 years, is located in Magdalen
Island, in Eastern Canada, right in the middle of the St.
Lawrence Gulf, thus, in a totally free of pollution environment.
Madelipche operates its own fishing vessels fleet and also buys
a part of its fish supply from area inshore fishermen.
Madelipche operates two fish factories, one specializing in
ground fish, and another one, in seafood products. Both of them
provide employment for over 400 workers throughout the peak of
the season.
Madelipche owns its Marketing offices in Montreal, Canada, and
markets all of its products as well on the Canadian market as
the International.
Madelipche, beyond its private label fresh & frozen production
expertise for important Canadian and American customers, has
put-on, since a few years, a new line of Breaded Fish and
Seafood, portions and sticks in a wide variety of fish species
such as: ocean perch, sole, haddock, pollack, shrimps, scallops,
etc...
