MTC is a group of companies under the leadership of a number of
professionals having in common substantial career achievement
in international project management.

In addition to the companies owned by the Group (affiliated
companies), it represents the interest of a number of firms
involved in civil and industrial projects (associated companies).
These firms are from Canada, Spain, Italy and Germany.

Together, the Group of affiliated and associated companies
have achieved several hundred million dollars worth of projects
and have a technical staff of over 1000 employees.

The Group can also act as investor-promoter in some selected
areas because of its access to equity financing.

Sectors of activities of the Group are hereby described:
1. Industrial installation
Turnkey installations of small and medium size industrial
units.

2. Technical procurement
Identification of procurement sources, preparation of
technical quotation, consolidation and shipping of
merchandise when several manufacturers are involved. Includes
training and after sale service.

4. Oilfield services
Specialized equipment and services to the oil and gas
industries, particularly for pipeline inspection, transport
and drilling.

5. Training
Support services for technical assistance and vocational
training.
