Evaluation Of Existing Facilities
Pre-design Analysis/Planning
We review and discuss the Client's needs and requirements from
which we will prepare and preliminary design concept for review.
Facility Planning/Design
Review the facility requirements of the Client and develop the
design concept to reflect the Client's needs.
Institutional Architecture
Prepare the design concept and construction drawings for the
project. During the construction of the project we will carry
out the construction administration.
Institutional Engineering Services
Prepare the design concept and construction drawings for the
project. During the construction of the project, we will carry
out the construction administration.
Tendering
We will prepare the drawings and specifications of the tender
package. The type of tender call can be invited, pre-qualified
or public. We will advertise, have the tender documents
available and respond to any questions with an addendum. Upon
tender closing, we will review the bids with the Client and
assist in the Client choosing the contractor.
Institutional Construction
During the construction, we will administer the Institutional
project.
Construction Management/Control
Prepare documents for subtrade tenders, prepare the construction
schedule and budget and co-ordinate the work of the trades.
Manage the construction schedule and project costs.

Prepare the design concept and construction drawings for the
building remodelling. During the construction phase, we will
