manufacture and market gift boxed candies, specifically, a
product called 'Clodhoppers' a confection made of graham
wafers,
cashews and vanilla coating. Clodhopper's was named best new
food product of the year for 1997, by Alberta Food Processors
Association. Since introduction of Clodhopper's, Krave's
annual sales have grown from $59,000 to over $4,000,000 and in
1998 and was rated Manitoba's fastest growing company by
