Q1 How many phone stations does KLJ have?

A1 Our state-of the art facility currently has 48-seats with ample room for expansion.

Q2 Are all of those equipped for CATI?

A2 Yes.

Q3 What type of computer system are you using?

A3 We are running a Microsoft NT network and all of our stations are Windows 95+

Q4 Do you use predictive dialers or autodialers?

A4 We have a predictive dialer (VOXCO technology Pronto www. voxco. com). The dialer can be run in three modes: power dialer, autodialer and predictive. The dialer also operates in preview mode to allow the interviewers to review new surveys prior to dialing.

Q5 What CATI software are you using?

A5 We are using VOXCOs Interviewer CATI software (www. voxco. com). We have BOTH the DOS and WINDOWS versions of their software. We also have access to the last three versions of their software to allow us to be compatible with clients who may also be using an earlier version of VOXCOs Iinterviewer software

Q6 Can I, as a client, check the CATI program internally at my office?

A6 Yes, we actually strongly recommend this as part of our Quality Assurance on the CATI programming. We provide our clients with a ZIP file that contains an executable version of the CATI file. We also provide you with instructions on how to navigate through out the questionnaire - testing the various skips and verifying first hand what the interviewers themselves will see when conducting a survey.

Q7 What is your data output/format standard?

A7 can provide any of the following formats to our clients:

80 CARD punch data files XLS (Microsoft Excel) Fixed width ASCII files Delimited text file DBF SAV (SPSS file) SAS (SASS file) SSS (Triple S file) QAX (Quantum file)

Custom formats are also available.
