The Business Place is a unique website that will allow vendors and investors to buy or sell a business without the services of a business broker. Investors will be allowed to list their investment criteria on the secure website and will be identified only by a reference number i.e. investor 123. Vendors will be able to place an ad on the website and provide details of their business without disclosing their identity. They will be also identified by a number i.e vendor 123. Both buyers and sellers will be able to communicate with each other anonymously through the website and only after both agree will their identity be revealed to the investor/vendor who they have specifically identified by ID number. In addition to the website listing services, Jenam Securities Inc will also provide the traditional business broker/merger and acquisition services.
