Founded in 1978, Injectech Industries Inc. is a Canadian-based full service supplier of specialty products and assemblies for both automotive and non-automotive customers. Injectech services key global markets from locations in Ontario, Michigan, China, UK and Czech Republic.
Quality is assured through registration to QS-9000 and ISO / TS 16949 standards. Custom plastic injection moulded parts and turned metal screws & gears are sold separately or are incorporated into component module assemblies.
Injectech offers dedicated program management from concept through end of production. Program management activities are focused on error-proofing and best available practices.
Processes include part design, tool design, insert moulding, gas-assist moulding, decorative moulding, gear & screw machining and gear & spindle overmoulding. In-house design and fabrication of automation and validation technology enhances in-process production as well as final assembly of component modules.
In addition to enjoying a lead position in the manufacture and assembly of components for automotive sunroof, seating and door systems suppliers, Injectech provides parts and assemblies used in the fabrication of a number of non-automotive products.
