consumer health assessments, information products and services.
While the focus of the initial products and markets is health
related applications, the core technology has a generic potential
for mass market assessment, information and promotional services
using available and emerging computer and communications
technologies.
First introduced in 1990, the initial product, the Wellness
Checkpoint, is now used in 6 languages (English, French, Spanish,
Dutch, German, Italian), in 22 countries in Europe, North & South
America and Asia Pacific. Clients range from multinationals such
as DuPont and Hewlett-Packard to medium and large employers,
hospitals, community clinics, physicians, schools and families.
Implementation options include PC`s, Local Area Networks,
Touchscreen kiosks, Corporate Intranet, public Internet and
Interactive Voice versions. Customization options range from
standard corporate customization package to custom applications
using InfoTech`s proprietary Corporate customization and Clinical
implementations are supported.
Strategic alliances include an exclusive distribution agreement
for workplace applications with the Health Education Authority of
the UK, a international marketing and support agreement with
Health Checkpoint Limited (UK) and various representation
agreements for local and niche markets.

Wellness Checkpoint Data Banker
The Wellness Checkpoint Data Banker is the companion ad-hoc
query and analysis software that consolidates the assessment data
collected by the Wellness Checkpoint into Master Wellness Data
Banks form one or many locations. Group profiling by standard
demographics, custom demographics, assessment responses and
derived variables, by site and by year. Export capability allows
the use of the data as required by client.
Health At Work Checkpoint
Special version of the Wellness Checkpoint adapted for the Health
Education Authority of the U.K., reflecting national standards
and guidelines. Marketed under a distribution agreement with
Health Education Authority and its business unit, Health at Work.
Wellness Checkpoint Intranet/Internet Version
The Intranet version of the Wellness Checkpoint brings the same
interactive health risk assessment and health promotional content
of the Windows version to the Internet. Available as a corporate
intranet service or as a sponsored service for available specific
target audiences. Optional modules include a suite of consumer
oriented health information services available from third parties
which provide health news coverage, directories of over 10,000
internet health sites, consumer oriented personal search tools
and other related information on healthkit required for personal
reference by the user.
Wellness Checkpoint Voice Iq
The full power of the I.Q. Voice technology administers a
comprehensive wellness assessment service to individuals who do
not have access to the computer based. Wellness Checkpoint
system. The same Question Bank ``engine`` that drives the
Windows version of the Wellness Checkpoint controls this
proprietary interactive voice service. Bilingual and
multilingual options available.
