Control Systems-GasTOPS provides specialized engineering services to support the design, development and commissioning of machinery control systems. We work closely with our customers to tackle problems at specific stages of a project, or provide complete 'turnkey' solutions. Condition Assessment- GasTOPS provides total condition assessment system solutions including integrated on-line, at-line and off-line tools to identify component damage and predict the remaining service life of mission critical machinery. We incorporate advanced sensor, wireless communications, and intelligent software technologies in a suite of products which include: MetalSCAN, FilterCHECK, TroubleShooter, Tracker and Lube Analyst.

Filtercheck
For immediate on-site detection of impending failures using filter debris anaysis, FilterCHECK provides these within minutes of the lube system filter being removed from the engine. FilterCHECK automatically flushes the lube system filter,
quantifies the amount fo metallic debris contained in the filter
and captures the debris for further inspection or analysis.

Lube Analyst
LubeAnalyst provides an historical database of lubricant test results for tracked machinery items and a suite of data analysis tools for
condition-based maintenance support. It is used by industial
oil analysis labs worldwide and has been selected by both the
USAF and the Canadian Air Force as their standard for the
management and analysis of aircraft lubricant data.
Tracker
Tracker software is a general-purpose database system designed
to track the location, configuration, usage status and
maintenance history of serialized machinery components or plant
equipment tag numbers.
Troubleshooter
Troubleshooter is an interactive, computer-based diagnostic tool
for event-based fault isolation. The system uses performance
data recorded at the time of an operational event to identify
damaged or malfunctioning equipment components. It has been
used successfully by a number of F/A-18 Hornet aircraft
operators for flight line engine troubleshooting.
Portable Vibration Analyzers
GasTOPS is the Canadian value-added reseller for the Portable
Vibration Analyzers from Dynamic Instruments Inc. These
analyzers have been designed to meet the rigors of military
requirements and are suitable for use in a variety of military
and industrial applications.

Dynamic Instruments Inc. The shakers have been designed to meet
the rigors of military requirements and are suitable for use in

Maintenance Engineering And Implementation Service
GasTOPS had developed a structured engineering approach to the
design, implmentation, and continuous improvement of maintenance
programs for critical machinery to reduce costs and improve
uptime. Throughout the maintenance development process, GasTOPS

Machinery Control And Monitoring Systems
GasTOPS are experts in supporting advanced machinery control and
monitoring systems. Presently, GasTOPS maintains the Integrated
Machinery Control System (IMCS), the distributed warship
platform control system fitted in the surface combatant fleet of
the Canadian Navy, using a specialized shore-based software
support facility.
