knowledge of public and private sector operations.

First Resources provides quantitative information to Aboriginal
people on emerging labour market requirements and trends in an
effort to positively position the Aboriginal workforce as a high
quality employment resource. We facilitate employer-staffing
needs by providing a referral service of qualified Aboriginal
workers through the creation of programs tailored to the
employer needs and community potential.

As building sustainable economies is a key component of
Aboriginal-self government, First Resources also assists

potential business opportunities. Our company enhances existing
client knowledge of potential venture opportunities by providing
the capacity to examine market potential, capitalize on the
Government of Canada's Aboriginal Procurement Strategy, identify
and access funding programs, and facilitate mutually beneficial
partnerships with private and public institutions.

First Resources is the window by which Aboriginal people, their

meaningful employment and build self-sufficient communities and
nations.

First Resources focuses on providing job creation and human
resource development support services to the Maritime Aboriginal
communities. It is well positioned to provide leadership, as
well as a quality service that is honed to the specific needs of
the Aboriginal workforce. First Resources fills the gaps
