Envirosoil Limited is a company of the Municipal Group of
Companies and offers soil remediation and recycling services
through two processes - Low Temperature Desorption (LTTD) and
Bioremediation. The parent company, Municipal Enterprises, is a
heavy construction company involved in asphalt manufacturing and
paving, crushed stone aggregate production, and road building.
Envirosoil's LTTD plant is portable and can be easily transported
by road or sea to markets where on-site treatment is the
preferred option.
CURRENT GEOGRAPHIC MARKETING ACTIVITY
Envirosoil operates a central soil treatment facility in Nova
Scotia and has mobile permitting for the ALTTD plant. The plant
has a capacity to treat 5000 tonnes of soil per week to
non-detectable treatment levels for organic contaminants. The
excess production capacity of the LTTD plant makes the on-site
treatment in other market areas possible.
GEOGRAPHIC MARKETING PRIORITIES/MARKETING STRATEGY
Envirosoil intends on establishing centralized facilities as well
as on-site treatment in Canadian and International markets. The
International markets focus is USA, South America, and the
Caribbean. The proximity to seaports provides an excellent
access to these markets.
