Emil Anderson Construction Co Ltd owns and operates one of the
largest fleets of heavy construction equipment in Western Canada.
It is experienced in all aspects of heavy construction work;
including roads, bridges, paving, tunnels, dams and slope
stabilization. The Land and Development Division of the company
is active in the Okanagan Valley and is highly regarded for
quality development.
The Company is also active in the Highway and Bridge Maintenance
Industry in the Fraser Valley.
Emil Anderson Construction Co Ltd is a certified union contractor
holding collective agreements with the BC Building Trades Unions.
The Company is also an active member of the BC Roadbuilding and
Heavy Construction Association as well as the Construction Labour
Relations Association.

Construction - Industrial Facilities-resource Processing
Construction - Dams And Irrigation
The Company has experience in the construction and maintenance of
earth, rockfill, concrete and tailings dams throughout Western
Canada.
Construction - Roadways And Runways
The Company is actively involved in all aspects of highway
construction and maintenance, including grading, bridge building,
drainage and paving. Currently, the Company is involved in two
projects on the Vancouver Island Highway Project in the
Courtenay area.
Construction - Water & Sewage Systems-distribution Facility
The Company does all of the construction of water and sewer
systems on our own land development projects and well as
throughout the Okanagan Valley.
Construction - Railway Systems-railway Tracks/Roadbeds
The Company has successfully completed many railway projects for
Canadian Pacific Railway Ltd including the Fording Coal Rail Line
in Southeast BC and major grade reduction projects on the CP
mainline at Beavermouth, Notch Hill, Albert Canyon and Clan
William.
Construction - Other Heavy Const.-bridges/Trestles/Tunnels
The Company is currently completing four highway bridges and has
successfully completed many rock tunnels over several decades;
inlcluding highway, railway and water supply tunnels throughout
the Pacific Northwest.
Construction - Residential Buildings-low Rise
The Company is currently developing three large subdivision
projects, which include both single family and multi family
residential construction, in Kelowna, Westbank and Armstrong.
