Digital Dispatch supplies a line of portable and mobile data terminals that are specifically designed and tested for the demanding mobile environment. This product line is continually evolving to take advantage of new technology and the changing expectations of our customers.
Our line of terminals provide features such as large graphical displays with touch screens that support the script of any language and enable signature capture. Other fully integrated features include credit card readers, GPS receivers, laser bar code scanners, public data modems and mapping and navigational software.
Each of the mobile data terminals supports a variety of external peripherals such as in-vehicle surveillance camera and portable printers. Customers can customize the terminals by developing their own firmware applications using our standard Software Development Kit.

Efleet Solution
Our eFleet hosted dispatch service is designed to offer small and medium-sized transportation and field service companies the operational benefits of computer aided dispatching and wireless data communications without the capital expenditure of an in-house system. The system relies on any PC with a browser and Internet access for the dispatchers, and standard mobile devices like cell phones or PDAs or Digital Dispatch mobile data terminals for the field agents. This solution allows dispatchers the convenience to work from remote locations.
Network Gateways
Digital Dispatch's Gateway products provide a common interface for one or more applications to communicate with mobile data terminals on several different private radio networks and public data networks while hiding the complexity of mobile data communications from the application. Our exclusive private mobile radio network products provide wide-area coverage and large fleet capacity through multi-site and multi-channel capability. Transmitter steering allows a single channel to be used at multiple sites to increase the coverage area. Roaming allows for increased capacity through the use of multiple channels and sites.
