Ultrazyme
UltraZyme is a unique waste remediation product that has been specifically formulated for multiple applications. It is a highly concentrated, proprietary blend of selected natural micro- organisms and essential nutrients that increases bacterial activity in order to significantly decrease the decomposition time necessary for the remediation of any organic contaminant. UltraZyme cultures are a blend of enzymes that utilize non- living organic matter as a food source. The cultures are not harmful to either aquatic or land plants or animals and have been released into marine and fresh water treatment areas with total ecological safety. While UltraZyme effectively disposes of any unwanted organic matter it simultaneously eliminates all odors normally present in the decomposition process. Earthblocks Machines
The EarthBlocks Machine is able to construct superior blocks using various types of soil or mineral materials when the minimum clay content is reached. EarthZyme is used as a stabilizing agent to greatly increase the impermeability, durability and longevity of the block. The ability to use a wide range of materials combined with clay makes the cost of producing EarthBlocks very insignificant. Another feature that produces great cost savings when producing EarthBlocks is the ability to produce the blocks on-site. Earthblocks machines are transportable and can even be taken to remote locations where they can be set up and operable in minutes. The machine is manually loaded using the swiveling hopper that is mounted on top of the machine. The operator loads the hopper with the pre-measured amount of qualified soil and swivels the hopper up to dump the soil into the compression chamber. The hydraulic ram is then activated downwards producing the pre- sized block. The hydraulic ram is controlled by one of only two levers found on the machine, making it very easy to use. The EarthBlocks machine is 13.25 feet in length including the hitch. The machine is five feet high, six feet wide from outside wheel to wheel and weighs approximately 3000 pounds. It comes equipped with either a 9 h.p. diesel engine or a 10 h.p. electric motor. The compression chamber has a rating of 7000 p.s.i. to as high as 10000 if specified. A 2500 p.s.i. hydraulic cylinder is used to close the compression chamber and eject the block. The machine is composed of standard parts that can be found all over the world, making repairs quick and easy, which remarkably reduces downtime. It is possible to operate the EarthBlocks machine with only one person. However to maximize efficiency a crew of just three to five people is all that is ever needed.
