Cree Trappers Association
Cree Trappers Association is the advocacy and marketing agency
of Cree trappers residing in the province of Quebec. Its
objective is to preserve a traditional economic activity, and
the values and traditions of Cree First Nations.The organization
promotes and practices sustainable methods for the conservation
and harvesting of fur bearing animals. It oversees the
collection, preparation, and domestic and export marketing of
wild furs and finished fur products on behalf of its membership.
