conMICO designs and manufactures specialized high
pressure pump systems. For underground mining
applications, conMICO has a full range of high pressure
grout pumps up to 5000 psi and mixers.
For coating removal applications, conMICO can supply
diesel powered or electric powered, turn-key pump systems
up to 42,000 psi for automotive manufacturing point shop
cleaning, ship hull paint removal, chemical tank cleaning and
structural steel cleaning to bare white metal. Working with
the National Research Council, conMICO has developed an
Ultra Sonic Nozzle device which can transform a 5000 psi
pressure wash system into a system producing the same
effect as a 50,000 psi system for coating removal. Any
coating can be removed from metal using only 5000 psi
water pressure and the Ultra Sonic Nozzle.
