This means our Troubleshooters routinely see a wide range of service calls - everything from installing a new software program to programming a new router. But our focus is on 'small businesses', which by our definition means companies with anywhere from 1 to 50 computer systems. We find that most businesses of this size aren't adequately served by other service providers, and we specialize in technology solutions for this market.

We also work for many branch offices of larger companies, especially those that are too far from headquarters for the company IT staff to support.
