Products

Separators, Oil & Gas

Separators, Sand
These sand separators are used to remove frac sand which comes up with oil & gas production. Sand can be a major problem, due to plugging & erosion of pipe, fitting & valves. These separators allow the partial removal before damaging equipment.

Separators, Conventional
These conventional separators are used in bigger applications & bigger flow rates for oil & gas production. Larger size, more volume to separate oil, gas & water

Dehydrators, Glycol
Skid mounted Glycol Dehydrators to remove water from natural gas, (both sweet and sour) to meet processing or pipeline specifications.

Dehydrators, Desiccant
Dry Desiccant Dehydrators to remove water from gas and liquid streams utilizing molecular sieves, silica gel, activated alumina or activated carbon. Can condition natural gas for Turbo Expanders.

Sweeteners, Gas And Liquid
Removal of H2S, CO2 etc. from natural gas and hydrocarbon liquid streams using MEA, DEA, DGA, MDEA and MDEA based proprietary products as well as batch processes such as Iron Sponge, Sulfa Check etc. Also Membrane Systems.

Refrigeration Plants
Conventional Mechanical Refrigeration Plants ranging from water and hydrocarbon dewpoint control facilities to deep cut plants operating as low as -35 F. Plants are skid mounted and packaged, complete with all valves and controls.

Stabilizers
Condensate Stabilizers can be designed as part of a Dry Desiccant Plant, Mechanical Refrigeration System or Joule Thompson Refrigeration System or as a stand alone package.

Joule Thompson Plants
Skid mounted, packaged Refrigeration Plants utilizing Joule Thompson expansion for water and hydrocarbon dewpoint control or hydrocarbon liquid recovery.

Fractionators
De-methanizers, De-ethanizers, De-propanizers and De-butanizers. Either as stand alone packages or with a refrigeration plant.

Heaters, Indirect
Wellhead Choke Heaters, Line Heaters, Hot Oil Heaters, Process Heaters and Salt Bath Heaters. Either as stand alone packages or as part of a process package.

Heaters, Direct Fired
Hot Oil, Glycol and Steam (Low Pressure ASME Code Sect. IV)

Topping Plants
Skid mounted, packaged Topping Plants to produce Diesel from Crude Oil, normally in remote areas. Size range from 50 to 20,000 Bbl/Day.

Enhanced Recovery Plants
For high (90%+) recovery of Propane and heavier components without the operating problems of a Turbo Expander. Utilizes a self generated Lean Oil to enhance recovery while operating at conventional temperatures (-35 F), thus eliminating the need of a Molecular Sieve Unit and Stainless Steel materials.

Turbo Expanders
To recover a high percentage of Ethane. For Propane recovery only, see Enhanced Recovery.
