Established in the Quebec Biotechnology Innovation Centre,
CIRION is a group of laboratory specialists experienced in
clinical and basic research. The company's ,main objective
is to develop diagnostic products and procedures that comply
with Good Laboratory Practices (GLP) and with standards set
by HPB and FDA agencies.
The society jointly develop products with diagnostic companies,
biotechnology firms and research centres. CIRION provide
state-of-the-art highly computerized biomedical laboratories
to serve as a trial site for the pre-market approval evaluation
of instruments and reagents, as well as for the validation of
diagnostic products and procedures. Our Standard Operating
Procedures (SOP) were developed to meet specific requirement
of clinical research and comply with Good Laboratory Practices
(GLP) regulations under HPB, FDA and EPA quidelines.
CIRION provide full range of clinical services dedicated to
the pharmaceutical and biotechnology industries and to CRO's.
Our central biomedical reference laboratory offers routine and
esoteric testing services meeting specific diagnostic protocol
design for preclinical trials and clinical trials. Our staff
is experienced in customizing its support for testing ranging
from the small research project of an individual investigator
to the Phase I, II and III clinical drug trials for pharma-
ceutical companies.
