Chicopee provides custom precision machining of medium to
large-sized components and sub assemblies to customers in the
aerospace and related industries. The company has extensive
expertise in machining the various alloys of titanium, high-
strength steel and aluminum from forgings, castings, extrusions
or plate stock and can perform non destructive testing and
application of fuel-resistant and impact-resisteant costing.
CAD/CAM capability utilizing Uingraphics, CATIA and
Computervision Cadds 5 software
capable of Solids and Nurg design. 2-5 axis CNC programming,
Vericut and Al post processing. Exhcnge of Native Catia and
IGES data sets via tape, disk or modem.
The highest standards of quality control including registration
to ISO 9002.
