Cavalier Tool and Manufacturing was established in 1975 and is a
respected manufacturer of mid-size and large plastic molds,
operating in a modern 38,000 square foot plant. We specialize in
design, engineering and producing molds for plastic injection,
structural foam, compression SMC and BMC up to 50 tons.
The key to quality plastic components begins with well designed
tooling. Cavalier's design and engineering team has the skill,
experience, and state-of-the-art CAD/CAM equipment to 'do it
right the first time'. From concept, to model prototype, to part
try-out, our engineering team is constantly involved to ensure
the final product conforms to your specifications.
