The Canadian Light Source synchrotron is a unique national research facility that will light the way to a new era of science and innovation.
With analytical applications in physical, natural, life and materials science this facility is the first of its kind in Canada and one of only 40 similar centres worldwide.
Servicing numerous industries including mining, forestry, pharmaceuticals, manufacturing and biotech, it will place Canada at the international forefront of research capacity.
Our first experimental stations will be available to customers in the fall of 2004.
